What did life look like exactly 100 years ago?

While many things have stayed surprisingly static, life was very different back then. Namely, our '20s aren't exactly "roaring."

People did what they wanted in the 1920s, and had fun without the same precautions we take today. And they felt weirdly safe around alligators.
